BLM Volunteer Compliance Officer Training
California has the highest Compliance rate of all the states - almost 100%. That's because of California's strong Volunteer Compliance Officer program. Compliance checks translate into successful adoptions.
If you are a California wild horse & burro advocate, you can become a volunteer Compliance Officer, working with California BLM to help new adopters succeed with their new wild horses & burros.
