Adoption opportunities are available in California at BLM’s Litchfield Corral Facility (530) 254-6575 and Ridgecrest Corral Facility (800) 951-8720 by appointment only. Adoption by appointment is also available at BLM’s National Wild Horse and Burro Center at Palomino Valley, Nevada (775) 475-2222 located just 20 miles northeast of the Reno-Sparks area. Location: Tehama District Fairground
Pauline Davis Pavilion, 650, Antelope Blvd., Red Bluff, Ca.
The Cele'bray'tion is a fun donkey and mule show inviting all longears
and their owners to participate! BLM burro adoption both days. Saturday
brings riding and packing events. Sunday invites all equine for driving
and pulling events! Come and enjoy the fun activities and adventure!

Additional adoption events may be scheduled at a later date. All non-facility adoptions events will be conducted using a competitive bid process. Questions about the event should be directed to the listed contact number.
